Compliance and standards at Omniway

Omniway works systematically on quality, information security and sustainability. Our work is grounded in established international standards and covers the entire organization.

Certifications covering all of Omniway

Omniway is working towards certification under three international ISO standards. The certifications cover the entire company — not just individual products or services.

  • ISO 27001 — Information security management system
  • ISO 9001 — Quality management
  • ISO 14001 — Environmental management

Planned certification date: 11 May 2026.

ISO 27001 — Information security

Working with ISO 27001 means we have a systematic approach to protecting information. It covers:

  • Identification and assessment of information security risks
  • Implementation of security controls based on risk assessment
  • Continuous improvement through follow-up and audits
  • Documented processes for incident handling and non-conformance

ISO 9001 — Quality in everything

Through ISO 9001 we make sure quality runs through the entire organization — from development to support.

  • Clear processes for development, delivery and support
  • Systematic follow-up of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Continuous improvements based on measurements and feedback
  • Customer needs and expectations at the centre of every decision

ISO 14001 — Responsibility for our impact

With ISO 14001 we take responsibility for our environmental impact and work in a structured way to reduce it.

  • Deliberate choices of suppliers and infrastructure
  • Efficient resource use in operations and development
  • Follow-up of environmental targets and impact
  • Continuous improvement of our environmental work

Part of daily work

Compliance with standards isn't a separate project at Omniway — it's integrated into daily work.

  • Responsibilities and roles are clearly defined in the organization
  • Processes are documented and available to all employees
  • Non-conformances are identified, reported and handled in a structured way
  • Improvements happen continuously through systematic follow-up
Our principle: Compliance isn't about meeting the minimum bar — it's about building a stable, secure and predictable business over time.
